Shipping Policy

Mavilo Pet Co. ships to all 50 U.S. states. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

• Standard shipping (U.S.): FREE on orders over $50, otherwise $4.95
• Estimated delivery: 7–15 business days after processing

Some items may ship separately from different fulfillment centers. You will receive a tracking number for every shipment by email as soon as it is available.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Tracking information may take 2–5 business days to become active.

Delays

During holidays or carrier disruptions, delivery may take longer than estimated. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the ship date, contact us and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.
