Refund Policy
We want you and your pet to love every Mavilo product. If something isn't right, we offer a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. You will need the receipt or proof of purchase. For hygiene reasons, used grooming tools and pet bedding can only be returned if defective.
How to start a return
Email us at bi3487131@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description (photos help). If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damaged or wrong items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will replace it or refund you in full — no return shipping required in most cases.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at bi3487131@gmail.com.
